We had our first meeting last night, and we came to the following conclusions...
-Keeping the registration system from last year, only expanding and scheduling a lot more people next year.
-And as long as we're on the note of staff, WE NEED MORE STAFF!
-Expand our promoting, targeting concerts, music festivals, etc.
-Relocating to a new city was briefly discussed, but we're all pretty against it at this point.
-Bawls = $$$, meaning we might make Bawls just a bit more available next year.
-New online staff training resource center, coming soon.
-Next year, flagrant alcohol users beware.
So now, the task of organizing begins...
Next meeting's happening sometime next month...specific date to come soon.
